This is our kitchen garden, where we grow our own salad.

We cultivate organically, relying on our bountiful frogs and toads (plus our newly arrived hedgehog!) to protect the lettuces from insects and slugs.

The only fertiliser we use is seaweed from the beach.

Rosendal also offers picnic baskets, filled with goodies. You choose the food, and drink, and we include everything else! Picnics can be enjoyed anywhere... on the beach, back at the harbour, or up in the spectacular hills at Issehoved.

Our guests can choose a table in our farmhouse cafe, or out on the terrace overlooking the sea. There are also tables in the shady garden.
